Hi, I’m Jessi, Real Estate Investor, Mentor, Founder of the Sebring Heartland Real Estate Investment Group, and Founder of the Florida and Southern States Women Investing in Real Estate Facebook Group a.k.a. The FIRE Group.

I have been a real estate investor on and off for 40 years.

I’ve done it all. Flipping. Wholesaling. Subject-to. Owner financing. Hard money. Private money. Auctions. House -hacking. Long term rentals. Short term rentals. Vacation rentals. Land deals. Tax deed certificates. Etc.
I have even had a house moved!

I offer affordable Mentorship programs, where I use my 40 years of real estate investing experience to guide aspiring real estate investors to complete their first real estate investment transaction.

I am a big believer in the law of attraction. You have to believe you can do it. You have to have a positive attitude and have faith, even before good things start happening.
